Sponsorship Acquisition: Successfully secured $43k in major sponsorships. The focus was on creating reciprocals that were more valuable than in previous years, ensuring that sponsors would gain greater brand awareness and visibility for their companies or products. This was achieved by crafting compelling content that highlighted the enhanced benefits of sponsorship, driving continued and increased support.

Design and Planning: Collaborated with the previous designer to develop a professional and unique look and feel for the event. The entire timeline for the event’s launch was meticulously planned, ensuring all elements were aligned for a successful rollout.

Execution Handoff: Once the planning and design phases were completed, the execution was handed over to the next team to manage on-site implementation.
